6-month Replacement Warranty

We are proud of our product quality, so we provide a guaranteed 6-month replacement warranty for all our customers to ensure every item you purchase at Tennis Workshop meets your standards. All Tennis Bags produced by Tennis Workshop are durable and tough. If the tennis bags you bought are torn for any non-human factors, we are happy to do product exchange for you within the first 6 months you bought the bags.

Warranty is available for original customer only. To do the product exchange, please return the merchandise to us with the receipt attached. Once we received the returned merchandise, you will receive an email confirmation from us to acknowledge the return, and we will send you the a new bag which is equivalent to the returned product. However, if the product you returned is no longer available for production, you will are allowed to choose another bag from our product catalogue which price is equal or less than the bag you returned. We do no refund for the remaining balance.

We will not exchange for Tennis Bags which were torn for the following reasons:
  • Acts of Nature.
  • Products used in any way not conforming to the intended use for them.
  • Ordinary wear and tear.
  • Breakage during the shipping of the products.
