6-month Replacement Warranty
Warranty is available for original customer only. To do the product exchange, please return the merchandise to us with the receipt attached. Once we received the returned merchandise, you will receive an email confirmation from us to acknowledge the return, and we will send you the a new bag which is equivalent to the returned product. However, if the product you returned is no longer available for production, you will are allowed to choose another bag from our product catalogue which price is equal or less than the bag you returned. We do no refund for the remaining balance.
We will not exchange for Tennis Bags which were torn for the following reasons:
- Acts
of Nature.
- Products
used in any way not conforming to the intended use for them.
- Ordinary
wear and tear.
- Breakage during the shipping of the products.
